Royal Oak FC hosts annual free additional technical training for all its players as part of their club fees. This is a great opportunity to gain additional touches on the ball and further develop technical skills. There is no additional charge for players to attend the sessions.

Technical Training

Our Technical Training sessions will focus on the individual technical aspects of a player's development with individual player-specific training sessions run by Royal Oak coaching staff.  These are offered as an additional training opportunity with specific individual development for both rec and premier players in addition to their rec training sessions.

The sessions will have an individual focus within a group environment. The areas of development we will focus on include:

• Footwork
• Ball manipulation
• Skills
• Technique
• Weak foot vs Strong foot
• Aerial control
• 1v1s

5:30-6:30pm - ROFC Recreational Players

6:40-7:40pm - ROFC Premier Players
