ROFC is committed to providing the best soccer education, direction, development, and programming to prepare its players for the highest level of desired play whether it is recreational, high school, college, or Olympic Development Program (ODP)We emphasize long-term player growth with an emphasis on fun, development, progression, consistency, and future goal setting. ROFC players have a solid foundation upon which they can improve and develop on a team that is appropriate for each individual player. We have a structured development plan and opportunity for every player from the new players to the game of soccer to experienced players. 

Our premier program is a highly developmentally driven and player-focused program for players interested in travel soccer ages 5 to 19. Our premier coaching staff are all USSF and NSCAA certified, as well as internationally accredited across 6 different associations. They have played at the collegiate level through professional and international leagues, and have coached every level from starting players to collegiate levels. Our coaches have integrated their own playing experience with the necessary accreditations and knowledge to become premier youth soccer coaches. ROFC premier teams play in the Michigan DA, MSPSP, and MYSL leagues. We also participate in the Michigan State Cup competitions. Our premier teams also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the USYS National League through their performance in the state league and state cup competitions. Our high school teams are exposed to college coaches from around the country during their league season, State Cup competitions, and at each of their showcase college events.

Our coaches conduct consistent, structured, organized, and purposeful instruction in all practices and games with leadership from our club's technical director. They are committed to developing an athlete through technical and tactical skills that will ultimately help them with team play. ROFC believes that success is achieved through individual technical development with the focus within a group setting with team goals as an outcome.
